Can I build a tour before paying?
Yes. Creating the property, uploading, editing and previewing are free. A verified new account includes its first published tour free; after that, one purchased tour is used when you publish a new property.
Which 360 cameras and files can I use?
Use exported equirectangular JPG or PNG panoramas from a standard 360 camera. Camera-native formats such as INSP should be exported before upload.
Does the public link change when I edit the tour?
No. Republishing updates the tour behind the existing listing URL, so the link already supplied to a real estate agent can remain in place.
Can I add the brokerage's branding?
Yes. Set a company name, logo and brand color in Account settings and preview the welcome screen before publishing.
Can the link be used on an MLS or listing platform?
The public URL can be supplied wherever an MLS, listing platform or brokerage website accepts an external virtual-tour URL.
