1. About Redfield360

Redfield360 is operated by Redfield Media in the United Kingdom. The service lets business users upload 360 photographs, connect panoramas, apply branding and publish a property tour at a stable public URL. Contact us using the Redfield360 contact form.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, use a secure password and keep access to your account confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users or the public.

3. Free and purchased tours

A verified eligible new account receives one free first published tour. After that, publishing a new property uses one available purchased tour. Editing and republishing the same project does not use another tour. Available bundles and their total price are shown before payment; Stripe processes the transaction. There is no monthly subscription unless a separate written plan expressly says otherwise.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no tour from that purchase has been used to publish a property. Once any tour in a purchased bundle has been used, that bundle is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. There are no partial bundle refunds. Eligible purchases can be refunded automatically from Account; otherwise use the contact form with the account email and purchase details. Unused tours do not expire.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the photographs, plans, logos and other material you upload. You give Redfield Media a limited licence to store, process and display that material only as needed to provide Redfield360. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish it, including permission from the property owner or instructing agent where appropriate.

You must not use Redfield360 for unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful or abusive material; attempt to access another user’s account or project; interfere with the service; or upload malicious code. Public tours must not expose personal or sensitive information without a lawful basis.

6. Availability, changes and public links

We aim to keep published links stable and the service available, but internet services cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We may make changes needed for security, compatibility, legal compliance or product improvement. Where a material change could adversely affect active customers, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice.

7. Deletion and termination

You can delete individual projects from the project dashboard and delete your account in Account settings. Deleting a project or account removes its public tours and stored project images, so any link supplied to an estate agent or property portal will stop working. We may terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful use, non-payment or material security risk.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Redfield Media is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, loss caused by material you upload, or a third-party portal’s decision not to accept a tour link. Our total liability arising from Redfield360 is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. General

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your agreement without our written permission. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

The current terms and update date will remain available here. Continued use after a notified material change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
